Great new landlady at the Blue Lion! Popped in early today for a couple of drinks after walking the dog. Very welcoming vibe. We'll definitely be back soon, especially after seeing the food that's due to start next week.....
My visit was in the afternoon mid week so very few people in there.... staff were friendly, pub felt comfortable and the fruit machine robbed me....
Our local pub Good and some average days Kitchen closes early without warning so if you want to eat there best to call first. Food was enjoyable Just unfortunate that they like to close earlier than advertised sometimes and dont always advise you of last rounds Took friends there for a meal which was great until they were unexpectedly closed and we couldnt order a drink???? Otherwise great
