Very friendly, welcoming staff, and an amazing Dentist whos very compassionate, kind and incredibly gentle, Arun. I would recommend this surgery to anyone, in fact I already have as most of my large family are patients here.

Was my dentist practice for 10/11 years Bart was amazing but most of the dentists are! just such a shame about the stuck up receptionists no compassion or understanding rude snobs they are tbh really let the practise down!
Went here for check up as new client and felt Cheryl was rude I returned for filling giving her second chance maybe I caught her on a bad day!!! No I walked in she was cold defensive and made me feel really uncomfortable, no one likes the dentist and she made it Unbearable blaming me for not making the right appointment times thenTold me I had to wait another 6 weeks for a third app. I said was 6 wks normal she replied that she didnt know how I slipped through the net as she had too many clients! That made me feel un welcome as I was given to her I never asked for her!I walked out upset removed my whole family of 5 from their register and drove to my old dentist crying. Left old dentist as it was much further and my dentist went private! I am now going to pay for private!100% cant recommend this surgery!Thank you for your response i do not care about your rating or figures etc her attitude is disgusting funny how i just logged on as u replied to find another person have the same problem weeks later!! she needs training on being professional and polite it doesn't matter how good dentist she is! Manners don't COST a thing!! she had scared me for life!! and im sure theres others that have experienced it but haven't left a review yet!! I will continue telling everyone i speak to about my experience!
